Terms of Use
The rules for using this website, what we are responsible for, and where disputes go.
Who runs this site
tempestronics.com is operated by Tempestronics, a sole proprietorship of Saifur Rahman Mohsin, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. These terms apply to your use of the website. Work we do for clients is governed by the written agreement for that work, not by these terms.
Using the site
You may read, link to and share the pages of this site. You must not use it to break the law, to probe or overload it, to scrape it for bulk data, or to pass off its content as your own.
Accuracy
We try to keep the case studies, service descriptions and figures on this site accurate and current. They describe past work and general capability; they are not an offer, and any engagement starts with a written proposal.
Intellectual property
The text, design, logo and code of this site belong to us. Client names, logos and product screenshots in the case studies belong to those clients and appear with their permission; they do not imply the client endorses anything beyond the work described. Open-source components are used under their own licences, listed in the site's source.
Third-party services
The site is hosted by Netlify. The WhatsApp messaging service described in our Privacy Policy runs on Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform, and messages you receive through it come from the business you signed up with under that business's own terms. Links to other sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
The messaging service
If you receive WhatsApp messages from a business through our service, your relationship is with that business. Our role is to operate the software as described in the WhatsApp Messaging Notice. Reply STOP to any message to end them.
Disclaimers
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and information on it may be out of date between updates.
Limits on our responsibility
Nothing on this site is sold, so your use of it costs you nothing and our liability for it is limited accordingly. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of business, data or profits, arising from use of the site. Our total liability for any claim connected with the site is capped at one thousand rupees. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any right you have as a consumer under Indian law that cannot be excluded.
Your responsibility
If you use the site in breach of these terms and that causes a claim against us, you will cover the reasonable costs of dealing with it.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top tells you when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes go to the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, except that if you are a consumer you keep the right to use the consumer forum where you live.
