Two storefronts, one ledger: e-commerce with real money on the line
Connected WooCommerce storefronts for a games-currency trading business, with real-time sync to the company's CRM, three distinct order flows and multi-store operation.
The problem
ZAP IT UP trades in-game currency and accounts across two brands. Orders come in as buys, sells and account transfers, each with different fulfilment rules, and every order has to be visible to the support team in the CRM the moment it lands. Delays or mismatches mean refunds and chargebacks.
What we built
Two WooCommerce storefronts on a shared foundation, with a Laravel integration layer that syncs orders, customers and status changes to the CRM in real time. Each of the three order types has its own checkout flow and fulfilment path, and the stores share inventory and pricing rules without sharing a single point of failure.
What it changed
Support sees every order as it happens, fulfilment follows the right path automatically, and the business runs both brands from one operational picture. Both stores are live.
